Continuing the Festival, we had the arrival of the prestigious Ashfer Biju, Executive Chef of The Pierre, Taj Hotel chain, in Central Park of New York. Responsible for all culinary operations at TAJ's classic hotel. The gastronomic festival took place in the cities of São Paulo (09/30), Belo Horizonte (02/10) and Rio de Janeiro (04/10) and spread the flavors and colors of India through the Tasting Menu signed by the Indian Chef.
The six dishes warmed the heart of countless Brazilians who went to taste, bringing a unique experience of haute cuisine and knowledge of the special Indian spices, was provided emotion by the taste.
