Today, May 29, the India Brazil Chamber of Commerce organized, in partnership with OnTalents, the event Employee Value Proposition and Attractiveness of Talents - Cases of Success of India Brazil.
The purpose of the event was to explore and discuss the strategies of attraction and retention of talent in the context of multinational companies, making such analysis through Indian companies present in Brazil, to add the importance of the cultural factor to the debate.
