  • Introduction of Distribuidora Santa Clara to TATA Steel and follow up of the process that resulted in the importation of TATA products to Brazil.
  • Introduction of Trade Value ADD to TATA Motors and follow up of the process that resulted in the sale of TATA cars in Venezuela.
  • Joint venture between Cachaça Diva and Aspri (India), to which CCIAIB provided support; also the drawing up of a special plan between CCIAIB and Cachaça Diva that includes sending a Chamber employee to work with Diva in India. Launching of Cachaça Diva in India in three cities: New Delhi, Bangalore and Mumbai.
  • Support in the establishment of the joint venture between Brazilian company Embrasil and Indiana company Sabero that resulted in Markan.
  • Assistance to CVRD in opening an Office in New Delhi. Execution of a special Project for CVRD, which the CCIAIB Office in New Delhi was responsible for.
  • Assistance to Ana Maria Araújo Rodrigues in establishing her ‘Deha’ Clinic in Belo Horizonte/ MG.
  • Assistance to Doctors Geete Auropremi and Mukesh Norandos in establishing the Ayurverda Brazilian Medicine Association in Caeté, MG.
  • Agreement between CCIAIB and Banco do Brasil to support and fund the importation and exportation of both Brazilian and Indian products.
  • Assistance to TATA Motors board in setting up a joint venture between TATA Motors and Marcopolo in 2004, 2005 and 2006.
  • Introduction and follow up of Thermax (an Indian company) and other companies during their process of setting up some agreements to supply equipment to Brazilian companies.
  • RM Sistemas, an international technology company from Minas Gerais, hired 3 Indian trainees with support from both the Consulate and the Chamber.
  • Drawing up and follow up of TATA Motors officers’ agenda for Minas Gerais car part companies such as Stola, Ethra, SADA, together with several meetings arranged with attorneys in order to set up TATA Motors in Brazil, and also meetings with vendors.
  • Opening of a CCIAIB office in New Delhi in June 2006.
  • Signature of the agreement between CVRD and IRCON acknowledged by the Honorary Consul for the boards from both CVRD and IRCON, as well as follow up during the legalization process of IRCON employees working in Belo Horizonte.
  • Participation and assistance in the sale of Thomson pipes to Indian company VideoCom.
  • Setting up of a partnership between TCM and Cruzeiro.
  • Football Project in India involving meetings between Cruzeiro Esporte Clube and C. F. India.
  • Assistance in the importation stage of Icuza 100 soybean oil and sugar to MMTC Mr. S. D. Kadoor.
  • Follow up of the acquisition process of the largest printing machine in India (MANUGRAF) by O Tempo newspaper from Minas Gerais.
  • Consulting to CVRD during their trip to India (Delhi, Bombay, Bangalore and Kolkata), as well as visits arranged by CCIAIB to TATA, BEML, IRCON, Reliance BHEL and Jessop of India.
  • Agreement between UFMG (Minas Gerais Federal University) and Jadavpur University from Kolkata in the fields of pharmacy, engineering and filmbase.
  • Assistance in the sale of copper from CVRD to Birla.
